Story

Manchester you were tough! But I did it, my first ever 10k in 1hr 17mins!! You also gave my husband the running bug! So now he is running the British 10k in London on 15th July with me. We both want to beat our Manchester times and keep on raising more money for the fantastic Child Brain Injury Trust in the north west.

This amazing charity supports acquired brain injured children, young people and their families all over the UK. I've met many of the team who work out in the community doing this great work, and they are heroes. A brain injury has a devastating and life-long impact on the child and their whole family. Bones can mend and scars can heal, but a brain injury stays with you for life and impacts on everything you think, feel and do. You can learn more here: https://childbraininjurytrust.org.uk/

Please give us that extra motivation to smash this :) AGAIN! thank you xxx
