Sophie Panagi worked for ProQuest, and before that CSA, since 2003 in the Customer Experience team. She was frequently in the London office, and well known by many colleagues there. Sophie was a remarkable woman - as tough and formidable as she was good-humoured and kind - and a staunch champion of her team. Sophie’s humour, warmth and kindness were widely recognised. She was a lovely colleague, fantastic professional and brave woman as she had good grace and humour in the face of her illness. Many have expressed that they were extremely grateful for her support and knowledge over the period she worked at ProQuest. Sophie passed away on 29 December 2019.
