Thank you so much everyone who donated and supported me this month! I you guys blew my original goal of $250 out of the water and donated $655 total! In return instead of 100 miles I did 141 miles in September to help the American Heart Association fight for a world of longer, healthier lives. This is a very meaningful cause for me. There is still time to donate and help me hit the updated $1000 goal. More importantly schedule that appointment with your cardiologist. Needed or not proactive solutions are always better than reactive ones!
Week 1 - 44 miles in!
Week 2 - 15 mile start! Then off for the week
Week 3 - 22 mile start!
Week 4 - 51 miles on the bike plus 9 on the North Rail Car
Set realistic goals and crush them.
