Back on the 20th January 2019 I had a stroke which has left me with short term memory loss and a few other things. Since I have been home after the great medical teams and staff that saved my life and got me fit enough to come home (can't thank them enough either) Headway Hertfordshire then took over and supported me on coping with training my memory and to get me doing different things. So I would like to help by giving back to help them to keep helping others like me with their support.
