Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page in memory of our much loved wife, mum and gran, Diana Ronaldson.

Mum had a long association with Broomfield Hospital, training as a nurse and then working there as a sister and nursing officer in the 1960s and 70s - before she took time out to have a family.  From late 2016, when she was first diagnosed with breast cancer, she received excellent care and treatment at the hospital. Mum had many challenges with her health in recent years but approached it all with great courage and humour, joking about the number of consultants she was under at Broomfield. 

Mum was, as we are, very grateful for the fantastic care she received from the amazing staff of Broomfield, most notably the Breast Unit and chemo department. She passed away peacefully at the Hospital on 12 March.

We invite family and friends to donate to the Friends of Broomfield Hospital in her honour rather than giving flowers for her funeral. Mum would have loved everyone giving back something to the hospital that gave her so much over the years
