In memory of Kavi Varsani

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On Sunday 4th September, I will be part of a team embarking on a 20 km walk from Kew Bridge to Hampton Court along the Thames Path - to celebrate my son Kavi's life and raise funds for Calcutta Rescue. He was a keen supporter of the charity and took part in the walk along the same route in 2018.

Calcutta Rescue raises funds and supports the work of Calcutta Rescue in India – providing free healthcare, education, vocational training and sanitation so that families and whole communities have a chance to lift themselves out of poverty.

All the money raised will go to fund Calcutta Rescue's core programmes which provide healthcare, education, sanitation and employment to thousands of people in the slums of Kolkata and West Bengal.
