Hi everyone , I am doing this for all of you , we all know someone who suffered, having a close shave myself I erge you all to go for regular checks ,

I see family members suffering from grief without moaning just carrying on the best they can.

I see friends losing people they love and getting up and carrying on as best they can.

I see people beating this thing being so positive so strong 😇
