Story
At the start of the Covid-19 pandemic my daughters set about making wooden rainbows to show their support to our local NHS staff.
What started as a crafty project and a show of support soon blossomed into something amazing and we were inundated with requests for rainbows.
A number of the rainbows are now adorning the walls in hospital areas to brighten up a dark time.
The girls have been putting their time in and making these decorative rainbows for free but we had a number of people wishing to make a donation. We've set up this page so people can make a donation of their choosing to the Doncaster and Bassetlaw Hospitals Charity to help with the Covid-19 response.
The girls are excited to see how much their creative skills can make for the charity.
Thank you for your support and stay safe.
Whether you run, swim or bake – do whatever it takes. It’s thanks to your kind efforts and commitment that help us to go above and beyond for the patients in our care. From the little things like toys to comfort children during an overnight stay, to the big investments which enable us to purchase cutting-edge technology that detects deadly infections like meningitis and the flu. Whether it is a small donation or a large cheque, every pound and penny you give enables us to achieve more.
