Story

Many people have expressed a wish to send flowers to my Nan’s funeral next week Wednesday 28th May. Thank you for your words of kindness and sharing your fond memories and great love and respect for Betty .

Her wish was that no one would be sad and it be a celebration of her long life with all the special connections she made with people that enhanced it in so many ways .

The Cancer Research Centre at Mount Vernon was a cause close to her heart and which she took a keen interest in as they had tried to help cure and did care the best they could for her son, my dad,  Jim. She hopes that if people can donate what they can to this vital cause it could help lead to breakthroughs in treatments and save other people and families from the devastation of losing loved ones to cancer.

Thank you again for all your kind wishes and taking the tone to read this . Please donate if you can and I know Betty will be very grateful for your kindness too.
