Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Just like everyone I am so grateful to our amazing NHS and how they have looked after the country at this very difficult time.
Over the years the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in Stanmore have supported me through 4 operations -
my back op 41years ago and more recently cared for by the wonderful foot and ankle team.
Last week I was discharged.
I have so much gratitude and admiration for the hospital and wanted to raise some funds as a thank you.
I have organised a fun 60 minute session of relaxation, inspiration and gentle exercise to boost our well-being and recharge our batteries on Sunday 21st March, 10am - 11am,
The event includes:
20 minutes Wellbeing tips with myself Debbie Stewart
http://www.timeout4me.co.uk/

20 minutes 'disco chair exercise' with Esther Shortt run by Esther Shortt
https://myfitune.io/Shorttfitness

20 minutes meditation with Jennifer Clarke

To take part in this unique event we are asking for a "pay-as-you-want" donation - all money raised will go towards enhancing patient care at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital.

If you want to take part in the Zoom session please email me so that I can send out the link to:
Debbie@Timeout4me.co.uk

The Zoom link will be sent out the Saturday night before the event.
