I'm aiming to complete the Goggin's challenge running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours starting at 8pm on March the 4th. I'll do this in the Chingford area and you can follow my progress on Strava. I'm hoping to raise some much needed funds for a fantastic local charity, who have worked tirelessly throughout the pandemic to support older people in the Waltham Forest area.
