Cindie Bolus is opening her beautiful house and kitchen in Alella on Sunday, 27th March to host a fabulous 4 course lunch with Ukrainian influences (menu below) with wine included.  ALL money raised will go directly to the UKRAINIAN HUMANITARIAN APPEAL providing relief for Ukrainian mothers and children.

Blood orange and treacle cured salmon; blinis and horseradish; spiced carrot and sesame falafel; ginger tahini

Borscht with sour cream, dill and cucumber; chicken liver pâté with pickled red onions

Goulash with buttered herb noodles; chopped crunchy salad with pomegranate, red cabbage and coriander

Chocolate Kielbasa; Panna Cotta and berries

This is a wonderful opportunity to spend an afternoon amongst friends enjoying Cindie's outstanding cooking and hospitality. Places are limited to 24 so reserve quickly!.

Please confirm your attendance by making a minimum donation of €75 per person, confirming name and number of people directly on this website.

If you are unable to make the lunch don't let that stop you from making a donation anyway!
