The team at the Holly Ward children unit at Hitchingbrooke supported a member of our community through a really difficult time dealing with a challenging to manage childrens illnes. They do fantastic work supporting children, parents and gaurdians  alike. Their team help make hard to cope with situations more bareable.  We can see the positive impact the team as had one a member of our community and by donating to them we can enable them to do the same for others in need.
So this year, the annually Great Staughton Santa Sleigh  Will be different, normally the Pre-School run the Santa Sleigh in order to spread joy to the children of Great Staughton through gift delivery and meeting Santa up close. 
Traditionally this was a really imporat part of the Pre School's annual fundraising. However this year with the impact of Covid-19 we do not feel we can safely go around the village delivering gifts, so instead we will driving around the village and stopping for children and parents a alike to have Santa say hello.   
As the pre-school are not as involved we thougth we would look for a local charity who have supported our community and help give a little back.  In order to minimise risks we will be asking for donations via this Justgiving page.
