Fundraising for Cardiac Risk in the Young

Story

Unfortunately, a good friend of mine, Michael land (aka Twinks), tragically died of a heart attack at the age of 28. A keen rugby player, Michael was fit & healthy with a real enthusiastic and fun loving attitude towards life.For the second year I have decided to try and raise as much money as possible for Cardiac Risk in the young by arranging a Charity Football Tournament.

Every week at least 12 ‘fit and healthy’ young people die of undiagnosed heart conditions.

Established in 1995, C.R.Y. is a humanitarian charitable organisationhelping to raise awareness of Cardiac Risk in the Young.

We hope you are in a position to donate some funds for a deserving cause, £5 would go a long way, but ANY amount you could spare would be gratefully received!

Each week at least twelve young people in the UK die suddenly as a result of undiagnosed heart conditions. At Cardiac Risk In the Young we aim to save young lives & to help those affected by the sudden cardiac death. We do this by providing support, information & screening those affected.
