On the 29th of July i will be taking part in the 5k Tough Mudder at Skipton in support of Moto Foundation I'm Darren the SOM designate at Wetherby Services and the people who know me will know that my passion is with the team and I am more than happy to get stuck in to support  so what better than to help the team with Tough mudder. I’m not the fittest or the strongest or the fastest but I am a force to be reckoned with. Bring it on !!!
