I am proud to be running the Virgin London Marathon this year for Keech Hospice Care.
6 years ago, i became serious ill, and spent 4 weeks in hospital, with a virus, which left me paralysed from the waist down.
It was a life changing experience, with not ever knowing, if i would ever walk again.
We never found out what was the cause, but if it wasn't for all the staff at the Royal Free, i would not be were i am now.
This is a challenge for me, and if i can come back from were i was, to be able to do this, nothing is imposable.
