Story
Hello everybody! I know the majority of you will think I’ve gone crazy and you’re probably right.
We lost the best man in many of our lives in April 2019, my AMAZING uncle Crispin. I said I would complete a run to mark the one year anniversary of us losing him, THEN the epilepsy society contacted me and asked me to run the LONDON MARATHON for them (I was thinking more like a 10K) I know people that have wanted to run the marathon for years and have never had the opportunity so this was one I couldn’t turn down!
I was originally supposed to complete the marathon in April 2020 but COVID happened. It has been pushed back and pushed back so April 2024 it will happen (hopefully)
Prior to the first lockdown I ran a half marathon and my training was on track. However I haven’t ran for a LONG TIME so training needs to begin again.
I know you’ll be laughing up there at me uncle Crispin but I also know you have every faith that I’ll complete this (even if it takes 10 hours.)
So please please please donate as much or as little as you can you ensure I get through this and help the thousands of people that could be in our position without the help of the epilepsy society!
Love to you all xx
