Amazing Graze support anyone in need without judging and as a Christian charity, they are guided by God to look after our brother's and sister's. The charity show love, respect and interact with some of the most vulnerable people who feel alone, scared and unsure of where they will sleep at night. 

I'm actually amazed how many people rely on the support from Amazing Graze and it actually breaks their hearts that they have no access to emergency accommodation. They want to be able to refer individuals to a safe place at night.

More often than not, we take these little things for granted, who doesn't want a warm and cosy home to feel safe? Some people don't have a choice and everyone should have a go to place for warmth and feel safe but homeless in Blackpool and around the UK seems to be increasing and more and more are being targeted.

Blackpool is a place people will come to get help however, without any local connections the only help given is a travel warrant (train ticket) back to where the individual has connections or travelled from and Amazing Graze want to change this, they want to help.

Amazing Graze was donated a double decker bus earlier this year and their goal here is to renovate the bus into an emergency night shelter so those who have no local connection can be supported by providing an emergency shelter and help build and support individuals back in to everyday living and support with moving into a more permanent accommodation. 

The charity have reached out to the National Lottery to see if they could help fund this project but unfortunately this was rejected due to the number of projects they have/are already funding in Blackpool so they need our help.

I have attached a photo of the bus and plans that they have had drawn up and the only thing being a show stopper at the moment is the lack of funds.

Anyone wanting to support this certainly can, whether it be making a donation, or holding a little fundraising event and donating whatever they raise in funds should be donated to this page and we can together help Amazing Graze achieve this.
