Despite  knowing how unfit I currently am ,I will be walking the South Coast Challenge for Active Prospects, which covers 100km over a 4 day period (by the end of this surely I can call myself an athlete, right?!). However I wont be doing this alone, I will have the pleasure of doing this alongside other members of staff and the people we support across Surrey and Sussex.

All money raised will be going towards our services to ensure that the life of the people we support is truly aspiring, therefore any donation would be very much appreciated. 

As a bit of background, Active Prospects is a charitable organisation with nearly 30 years experience providing a range of specialised accommodation and support services across Surrey and Sussex. We support over 250 people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, acquired brain injury and those with complex needs to live full and aspirational lives.
