We have recently lost our amazing Husband/Dad/Grandad due to a vascular health condition. He was under St Georges hospital vascular department for a number of years. We are forever thankful for the great support and care Professor Holt's team showed to grandad over the years. 

We feel passionate about our continued support and instead of flowers at the funeral the family would prefer if a donation could be made to the Circulation Foundation.
                  They are the only charity in the UK dedicated to Vascular Health. We would like to help support them to be able to raise more awareness about the importance of vascular health/conditions, advancing and discovering new treatments and improving patient care.
