Leo Gray Simpson was born on the 13th August 2021. At 11 days old he was diagnosed with trisomy13.

He battled through so much, defied the odds and is the strongest boy I have ever met. We are so proud of you Leo.

He passed away peacefully at 7 months old in his mummy and daddy’s arms at Robin house hospice.

He taught us to live in the moment and about what is really important in this life.
