Hi there, my name is Daniel Whitney and im raising money for Kenyan Orphan Project, which is a UK registered charity committed to supporting the health and education of orphaned and vulnerable children in Africa.

This summer instead of jetting off on a typical summer holiday by the beach in the sun, i will be taking part in a student based volunteering programme in Kenya that is organised by Kenyan Orphan Project. The volunteering programme will involve work in schools and street children centres. Whilst in Kenya i will be given the opportunity to gain experience and education of global child health, which will gretaly benefit me in my medical training. Furthermore, we will also by undergoing physical projects involving building work, painting and agricultural work, which will have a huge improvement on the facilities available to those in Kenya. KOP is an amazing opportunity for me to become aware of the socio-economic challenges facing children in Kenya and will give me the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of many children. 

It would be great if you could donate money to this cause so that, Kenyan Orphan Project can undergo more projects and have a greater impact on the children, whilst we are in Kenya.
