Like many people, I always seem to over indulge when it comes to alcohol in December 😊 I therefore like to start every New Year with an alcohol-free month, “Dry January”, mainly to prove to myself that I don’t need alcohol, and to give my body a break from it!

This year I would like raise some much needed funds for Phoenix Enterprises, https://phoenixenterprises.co.uk/ a local charity, based in Swindon, who support adults with disabilities with finding employment and to cope with life in general. I am personally very grateful to Phoenix Enterprises, as they helped my autistic son, Tom, into employment.
