MacMillan Cancer Support is a really valuable charity that offers support to those living with, and those caring for those living with cancer.  

I am a degenerate and unfit human being and I would normally only run for my life or the odd cricket ball.  Rest assured I see only pain and a brutalised unusable body at the end of this, but if raises a little dosh in the process then it'll be worth it.
