The team at Wisdom Hospice  always work tirelessly to provide a range of care and support for people with life-limiting conditions, ensuring that they get the care they need, when they need it.  

They provide home care, day services, inpatient units, specialist palliative care and bereavement services all within our local Medway (and Swale) Community.
