I'm raising money for the National Kidney Federation in memory of my mother Dawn, who passed away on June 6th.

Mum considered herself "blessed" to live the life she had and we were all hugely thankful for the kidney transplant she received and the years we spent together. 

I know from conversations we had that she'd like nothing more than to help other people and families impacted by kidney issues.
