Story

Once again I'm taking part in the Paras 10 P Company 10 Miler challenge in boots and carrying a weighted 35lbs bergen backpack.Paras 10 is a great event that i'm proud to support and take part in.Hopefully this year my timing will be much closer to 1.50 objective. www.paras10.com

My chosen charity is Scotty's Little Soldiers children's charity.

Your kind donations and support make a difference to the children supported by this great charity and is greatly appreciated by all.

The charity provides the children with support and guidance throughout their childhood and offers a respite, however brief, from the daily ups and downs of coping with the loss of a parent.

Support is available to families from the British Army, Royal Navy or RAF and is not limited to those killed in action.  Children who have lost a parent through illness or accident are also eligible as long as their parent was a serving member of the British Forces at the time of their death, or was medically discharged due to a condition which eventually led to their death.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
