I'm taking part in a few activities this summer - all for Cancer Research.

This Sunday (1st July) I'm joining some friends to walk the Cancer Research Pride 10km from Fullers Brewery in London.

On 25th August, aided and abetted by Anita Newman, I'll be abseiling down the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth.

Finally on 23rd Sept I'll be taking part in in the New Forest Half Marathon.

If I raise 50% of my target by end August I'll swap to run the full marathon - so getting donating!
