Hello friends

As I've probably told (bored) you I am running the London Marathon this April. As running is not a natural talent nor a love of mine I need all the help and encouragement I can get to make it round and raise money for Michael Crawford Children's Charity.

It is a small charity that provides children with much needed medical equipment and support when their families have exhausted all other options. It funds specialist therapies and specifically adapted equipment, as well as funding accommodation for families to be near the children when they undergo hospital treatment.

Thank you for all your support - every little bit will make a difference.
