Hi, Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As most people that know me, will tell you, I am a very keen bike rider. I was looking at ways I could use my love of cycling to raise money for a local charity when a mate of mine, at our cycle club - Spinners and Grinders Cycle Club - mentioned The Big Bike Challenge for The Saints Foundation.  I signed up to an information night about the 2019 ride and did a little research into The Saints Foundation and here I am signed up to do a 250 mile bike ride from Huddersfield to Southampton (over 3 days - 100 miles / 100 mlies / 50 miles).

The aim is to leave Huddersfield on the Friday in time to be at the kick off to the last home game of the season at St Marys, Southampton on the Sunday 12th May.  

So I hear you ask........ Why The Saints Foundation? Who are they and what do they do?   Well that is also what I thought when I first heard about The Big Bike Challenge. Here's what I found out:- 

Saints Foundation is the official charity of Southampton Football Club which exists to fulfil the potential and change the lives of children, young people, and adults at risk across Southampton and surrounding areas.

So please help me by donating any amount you can. The equivalent to the cost of a beer and a packet of crisps would be lovely (£5) but if your feeling generous feel free to get a round in (£20).  My target is to raise £600 and i only have a couple of months to achieve this so any help would be amazing.
