Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. 2014 is going to be a big year as I'm taking part in a number of sporting challenges. I'm doing these not only for the personal challenge, but to raise money for a very deserving cause.

Headway East London offers support and services to brain injury survivors and to their families and carers across north east London. Its core service is the Headway House – a community where we create opportunities for people to make the most of their abilities and skills.

The I challenges completed this year were:

* Reading Half Marathon - Completed 2 March in 1:51

* London Marathon - Completed 13 April in 4:18

* PruHealth World Triathlon London (Sprint) - completed 1 June in 1:28

* La Time Megeve Mont Blanc (114km cycle and 3,500m of climbing) - completed 8 June

* Steelman (3Q Olympic) - Completed 5 July in 2:02

* London Triathlon (Olympic) - Completed 3 August in 2:40

* Aberfeldy Middle Distance Triathlon (Half Ironman) - Completed 17 August in 5:54

* Run to the Beat 10k - completed 14 September in 48 minutes

* Robin Hood Half Marathon, Nottingham - completed 28 September in 1:52
