Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. This picture was taken in during the summer of 2008. Days before, we had learned that Andi’s tumor had started growing again. This was the first sign of growth since she had completed her radiation treatment during the winter of 2007. The tumor ultimately continued to grow, regardless of the different chemo protocols that Andi tried, until she passed away. Max was two and a half years old when this picture was taken. He was not quite one year old when Andi was diagnosed.
Andi is survived by myself, our beautiful son Max, her parents and six brothers and sisters. In memory of my wife and in the spirit and hope that one day there will be a cure for this devastating disease, in November 2010 I will be climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro in order to raise funds to support such research.
Please join me in the fight against brain tumors by making a donation to my fundraising campaign to support the Brainstrust.
