I am going alcohol free for the months of September, October, and November. I am doing this for 2 reasons:

1. To raise money for A Stroke of Luck, and;
2. To become more healthy

I do love my G&Ts and enjoy a nice glass of wine with dinner. I am sure that I will be envious of those enjoying a tipple over the next 91 days, but it is all for a good cause!

All I ask is you donate the amount of a pint of beer, a glass of wine, or a G&T (double if you are feeling flush!!). I will keep you updated on my 3-month alcohol free journey.

A Stroke of Luck has been established to provide stroke survivors with the opportunity to access Experts' services to aid their recovery and rehabilitation. We aim to enable stroke survivors to become socially mobile by improving their physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.No survivor should be thinking "what next?".
