Julian and Marianne have been busy trying out recipes which can be made with plastic-free ingredients from a refill shop (no butter or margarine!) and have come up with the top 10 best cookies, biscuits and crackers for you to make at home. The recipes are fully referenced and each recipe has a colour picture of how ours turned out!

There is also information on where to source the ingredients and the impact of plastic on marine mammals such as whales and dolphins.
