Unfortunately, my great friend Chris Humphrey contracted cancer. He was a very fit man all his life and always gave me a great run for our money in our weekly squash game which lasted over 20 years.

There is not a week that passes that I do not think about him and remember the habitual laugh. He was always there for a chat around building or life in general and his infectious enthusiasm for squash and keeping fit has helped shape me to try and keep fit as I get older. From my picture you can see that I have some way to go to keep trim and complete the half marathon
