As you many of you know, as I have bored you already, I have decided to do something special for charity in 2015.

Rather than the easy bucket of water over my head I have decided to put my name down for a gruelling five days and four nights trek across the Sahara Desert to raise money for Tourette Association. 

This will involve 7-8 hours trekking in boiling hot temperatures during the day and sleeping in tents each night when the temperature fails below zero.

I have decided to support the The Tourette's association as it provides vital support and help for people and families living with Tourette's.  Also I wanted to support a charity that does not get as much PR as more popular ones.  PS - Anyone who swears in text with donation will have to pay double.  Your not funny. 

Have set a big target but know i have amazing generous friends.
