Story

It is that time of year again! Greenville Police Departments annual No Shave November contest! First and foremost, thank you all for the generous donations made last year! It is my hopes this year that I exceed what was raised last year, in order to raise funds for such a great cause!

According to the Vidant Health Foundation, 19 people are diagnosed with, and 8 people pass away from cancer every single day. For so many of us here at the Greenville Police Department, its a cause that has great personal meaning. With a small donation, officers will be able to raise money and awareness to fight cancer, and will be allowed to grow a mustache, goatee or beard for the month of November. This is a way our officers can give back to the local community that we serve, and also have a bit of fun in the process. Thank you for supporting us in this endeavor!
