Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity. I am running my own personal half marathon on Christmas day to raise funds for the Bridge for Heroes charity who offer help and support to the service community. Their aim is to deliver immediate support to veterans and their families who may be suffering financially or be in a very dark place mentally. Two years ago, i couldn't run 13mtrs let alone 13.2 miles, but as my fitness has increased i have decided to channel this into fundraising. Running has helped me cope with my own mental well being, so by giving myself a reason to run keeps me motivated. I know its been a very hard year, but please dig deep to help me, help this charity to continue to support our needy veterans. Thank you for reading my story.
