It's that time of year again, I turn another year older. I still have moderate to severe M.E. so am unable to go out and celebrate down the pub or have a meal at a fancy restaurant. So I've decided to do this virtually and raise money for a charity with a great cause. Invest in ME fund much needed biomedical research into ME while also helping to raise awareness of the illness. 

All I'm asking people to do is donate the price of a drink or piece of cake whatever you'd like to buy me at a virtual meeting point, be that a pub or tea shop. Take your pick! 

This way I can enjoy my birthday at home while involving all my friends and family, without a massive energy drain. Of course anyone is welcome to join in and help me raise money for Invest in ME. So feel free to buy me a drink!
