Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
The challenge is to complete 100 squats (various styles) a day and 16 hours of weighted hula hooping throughout the month. Having been on holiday and not back into the gym yet, my fitness levels aren’t where they were, so this is not going to be easy.
Let’s normalise mental health and ensure everyone has the support they need, however and wherever needed.
