Dementia forward is celebrating its 10th Birthday this year - that's 10 years of providing support, care and understanding to people across North Yorkshire who are living with the impact of dementia.

As a Dementia Support Adviser in Craven I provide individual and group support for people living with dementia, their families and carers. I'm raising money to further improve the services we offer, particularly across Craven.

For their 10th Birthday this year, I am taking on 10 challenges - including walking, running and obstacle races. 

My first challenge is 100,000 steps over the Easter weekend and throughout 2022 I will post updates on my next challenge, how you can support (or join me) and my progress along the way. Please support me and Dementia Forward to make their 10th Birthday extra special.
