Story

This year I've decided to climb Ben Nevis (UK's highest mountain), complete my second Tough Mudder obstacle race and run my first ever half marathon at the Simply Health Great Aberdeen Run.

I'd like to make it all worthwhile and raise money to support local people struggling with their mental health. The Brodie ward at Aberdeen's Royal Cornhill Hospital provides a safe place to help patients on the road to recovery.

I'd like the money raised to go towards improving facilities and updating activities available to patients on the ward and hopefully make some difference to their lives.
