Story

Hi, thanks for visiting my page.  I hope you are able to donate something towards the British Heart Foundation (BHF) no matter how large or small it all helps towards a good cause.

At the beginning of the year one of my best friends, Owen Corrigan, tragically passed away due to an enlarged heart.  There was no warning given to his condition and it was a terrible shock to his family and friends.

In memory of the big man his younger brother, James, and I have registered to compete in the Durty Triathlon this summer in order to raise money for the BHF as they provide invaluable funding for research, diagnosis, treatment and support for victims of heart disease and their families.

The Durty Triathlon is being held at St. Mary's Loch near Selkirk on 30th July and consists of an 750m Open Water Swim, 15km Off Road Mountain Bike Trail and a 5km Off Road Run (http://www.durtytriathlon.com/event.html)

As I say myself and James are doing this in memory of Ojo.  He was loved by so many people and someone you could not speak highly enough of, a credit to his family, one of the good guys Ojo you will be sadly missed
