I am running a half-marathon, in memory of Milo Douglas, a dear friend and precious human being, who left us 10 years ago.

My aim is for researchers to collaborate globally in their efforts to better treat the symptoms of bipolar disorder and to provide easy access to sources of support for individuals, families and carers.

Any funds raised are in support of scholarly activities in aid of research into rapid cycling bipolar disorder.
