UPDATE

Finally After almost a year the Balloon flight which my mother set out to do but unfortunately did not make it is going to take place Sunday 24 April 2011 at Dalemain nr Penrith. It will be emotional. Thanks to everyone for their support.

101 feet Charity Abseil

I will be doing a charity abseil on 31 July 2010 at Leasowe Lighthouse to raise money for St. John's Hospice in Wirral.

                                                       Just a bit about this page

This site has been set up in memory of my lovely mum (Sandy) & dad (Lawrence) who both lost their battle with cancer.  Mum passed away recently on 18 May 2010 and dad passed away 7 April 2006. They will be missed lots and lots.

At the beginning of the year 2010 we set up a charity site to raise money for Clatterbridge Centre of Oncology, as dad and her both had been treated there. They do a fantastic job there and the service is great there.  She organised for a balloon flight to raise the money. Please visit the site here Sandy's CCO Page

But the day before my mum passed away she had been in St. John's Hospice in Wirral for only a week, she asked that any further donations can be given to the hospice as they do a fantastic job and rely heavily on charity funding.  Please visit this site here Sandy's St John's Hospice Page

I would like to give a big thankyou to all the staff a St. John's Hospice in Wirral for their fantastic care and attention to my mum and myself.  They have been excellent and can't thank them enough.
