Eric was truly one of a kind. 

He was a Husband, Dad, Grandad, Great Grandad & was truly a great man to know. His wicked sense of humour and funny remarks put a smile on our face. 

Around 5 years ago he was diagnosed with COPD, for which his and the family’s life changed. He seemed to be managing it quite well, until June 2018 when he lost my mum, his wife beloved Sheila. Then after that life began to get hard for him, he struggled a lot.  These last few months he started to deteriorate. 

During the last year of his life he was introduced to Pembridge Hospice. They gave him a new lease of life and supported him during that stage in his life. They picked him up and dropped him home. They gave him a day out at the hospice where  he made scarfs, enjoyed massages and was involved in the bingo and quiz. He quite liked the food too! 

Unfortunately he lost his battle with COPD on the 28th Feb 2020. His struggle is over and he is now at peace. 

So we have set up this page to raise money for Pembridge Hospice. Please give what you can.
