I nearly died in a car crash when I was 16.  Air ambulance, fire service, paramedics - all were brilliant.  But the key person who saved my life was a volunteer emergency doctor from BASICS Hampshire who operated on me at the side of the road.  I'm raising funds for the charity that organises and trains them.
