The Chicago Marathon is known for its fast and flat course through one of the world’s most magnificent cities.  Elite athletes and amateurs alike annually target the race for its potential to generate personal, national and world records.  My reason for running this year is to complete a third World Marathon Major, leaving Boston and Berlin for next year.

I am taking this opportunity to make this page available to anyone wishing to donate to Amherst School PTA.

Amherst School is an outstanding junior school in Riverhead, Sevenoaks - I guess I'm biased as my two sons, James and Matthew, both spent 4 happy years there and my daughter India has just started Year 5.

The PTA works tirelessly throughout the year to oganise and host various fundraising events to enable the school to purchase many importnat items to benefit our children's education.
