Last week Chester Vixens hosted an amazing showcase raising so much money for this months charity B.I.R.D!! This week in training we will all be wearing  blue and bringing a donation to show our support. 🦊

The term brain injury covers a huge variety of conditions. At B.I.R.D, they make no distinction between types of brain injury and aim to treat people of all ages and all levels of severity. 💙
