Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As part of the 2.6 challenge I'll be doing 26 Rounds of 26 Burpees on the 26th April - this is the day when the London Marathon would have taken place, NOT that I would have been doing that :)

Whilst I love fitness and I love a challenge I did 100 burpees the other day and it nearly killed me so this will be no mean feat. I'll be taking part in this hellish experience to raise money for the RSPCA Croydon and Crystal Palace branch - a cause very close to my heart.

Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic the branch has closed all 3 of its charity shops. This means its main source of income has gone overnight. All funds go towards helping the most vulnerable animals in our local area.

As people's lives change and finances become more uncertain, the branch is seeing an even greater need for emergency animal welfare.

To add to that we are coming into kitten season when the Branch receives lots of abandoned kittens.

I know things are tough for everyone at the moment but the animals in need can't ask you for help so please help the branch to help them.

PLEASE share and donate what you can. Allow the branch to keep fighting for these animals and funding life saving treatment.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

About the charity

We are a branch of the RSPCA funded by local donations and charity shops. We provide vet treatment for desperate animals, and rehabilitate and re-home animals with nowhere else to go. With your help we can improve the lives of animals in our district.
